This module shell is now part of the shared platform and is ready to be wired into the same connections, customer/contact model, and admin permissions.

Phase 1 Shell

Uses the shared platform launcher and navigation.
Will use the same encrypted Connections center as the dashboards.
Will write non-order people into future contacts and leads tables, not the customers table.
